Hey all! Posting here as a brief update on what the future of both the site and the world of the Swamplands will look like.
Here’s a lightning round of some of the changes:
- The Tales page will now be renamed The Swamplands. Confusing, I know, but since the page functions more as an introduction to the world and districts than a clear repository of written works I feel that its use is better served as a primer to the world rather than a direct anthology – for now. The other reason for the change is because-
- Tales from the Swamplands will soon be a radio show! Well, a podcast, but one styled like an Old Swamp era radio show! If you don’t know what that is yet – fair. As episodes release you will hopefully get the idea.
- While I will eventually be working on the Fear storyline in one form or another, the comic will continue to be on indefinite hiatus as I turn my focus to the radio show, as will most other projects (miscellaneous Redbubble art included, unless time/inspiration permits)
- You can see the podcast’s episode posts show up here as they release, but they will likely be on any podcasting platform you wish to use (Apple, Spotify, etc.)
Thanks as always for your patience. I hope in time everyone will get a chance to see what the Swamplands have to offer.
